is a metal manufacturer producing titanium and magnesium alloys in the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is one of the 7 world manufacturers of titanium sponge, which accounts for about 20% of world production, including the coverage of about 50% of US market. The bulk of the titanium produced by the plant is used in the aerospace industry, as well as in power engineering, biomedicine, chemical industry and other industries. 

UK TMP, in partnership with Residence MC, successfully realizes a comprehensive project that includes:

• Development of coaching systems, labour pool, corporate training, competencies, grades.
• Development, description and introduction of model business processes for the main functional elements of the Plant’s human resource management system.
• Development of functional elements of the Plant’s human resource management system.

• Development of the concept and development plan for the company's production system.
• Organizing coaching events and training sessions.
• Introduction of methodology for applying the principle of business processes autonomation.
• Development of regulations, methods and other framework documents.

• Development of HR brand platform, communicative matrix.
• Development and implementation of a strategy of external and internal communications, with description of methods and forms of its realization, the principles of internal ideological work, the regulations for interaction with the traditional media, social media, etc.
• Maintenance, field engineering and expert support for realizing the workplan of the External and Internal Communications Service, as well as implementation of necessary changes.
